Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using DumpNDash, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these Terms.

What DumpNDash provides

DumpNDash is a crowdsourced directory and social review service. Bathroom availability, access, hours, cleanliness, safety, and accuracy can change. Verify conditions yourself and follow venue rules. We do not guarantee access or suitability.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials and Buddy codes secure, and use only one account unless approved otherwise. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not evade blocks, moderation, or account limits.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DumpNDash a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, moderate, and promote the service. You represent that you may submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Open data and attribution

The bathroom directory may include data © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. OpenStreetMap-derived database elements remain subject to the ODbL, including its attribution and share-alike requirements. Community reviews, ratings, profiles, and social activity are separate user and DumpNDash content. Source and license details are available in the app’s Legal & Support section.

Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not submit fake locations or visits; impersonate others; expose personal information; threaten, harass, discriminate, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service; or post unlawful or infringing content. Poo puns are encouraged when respectful.

Moderation

We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and warn, suspend, block, or delete accounts to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain accurate directory information. Reports do not guarantee removal. Contact support if you believe a decision was mistaken.

Service and termination

Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. You may stop using DumpNDash or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as DumpNDash evolves. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
